Staff Portal — SMS Login Notice & Consent

What this is. Trilogy Hair Studio LLC operates an internal staff portal for its stylists. To sign in, a stylist enters her mobile number and receives a one-time login code by text message. This page describes that program.

Who receives messages

Only Trilogy Hair Studio staff (stylists and the owner) whose mobile numbers are on file for work purposes. This is an internal business tool; it is not marketing and is not sent to salon clients.

How staff opt in

Staff provide their mobile number to the owner for work purposes and are told at onboarding that they will receive a one-time login code by text when signing in to the staff portal. A message is sent only when the staff member starts a sign-in — there is no recurring or promotional messaging.

Message frequency

One message per sign-in attempt, initiated by the staff member. Typically a few messages per day across the whole team.

Your Trilogy portal code is 123456. It expires in 10 minutes. Reply STOP to opt out.
